Open Settings → Connections or Network & Internet → SIM manager or SIMs → Add eSIM. Scan your QR code and follow the prompts. Menu names vary by device.
At your destination
Select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable roaming for that eSIM if instructed. Disable data roaming and automatic data switching on your home line to avoid unintended usage.
If you cannot connect
Confirm your plan covers the destination, the eSIM is enabled, and data remains. Toggle airplane mode or restart. Do not delete your eSIM; contact support with your order reference.
